09 Nov WOMEN I KNOW :: KIM
So Five Fact Friday is getting a little face-lift and small re-launch today… there are some regular participants, and the community we’re creating is lovely. Recently, I’ve evolved away from “5 facts” to “5 of anything” so has Kim… so it’s now 5 on Friday… and you can play with it however you choose and then go link up over at Reflection Of You…

It seemed only fitting to share five photos of Kim while we were away and include her in my Women I Know series.
Kim has changed my creative life in so many ways since we met at Camp last year, it was beyond lovely to spend some real time together in California. We really made the most of it and… hung out, laughed, drank diet coke, photographed and embraced so much of the journey together, including giving a talk to all those at Oasis about our process (I think this might be a separate post for another time).
Thank you Kim from the bottom of my heart for all you do.
I’m sure this isn’t Kim’s favourite shot of her, but it is mine. I reminds me so much of our time together at the ACE… every morning the sun would flood into our room, we’d struggle to get up and I’d talk in my American accent about how the day was going to roll and Kim would always laugh at my nonsense – one first class room mate. Can’t wait to do it again.

Have a great weekend x.

Posted at 18:00h, 10 Novemberoh how wonderful these are Xanthe. They warm my heart. It is clear what a wonderful friendship and partnership Kim and you have. It reminds me of Cherish and I and how thankful I am that I have a friend to share my creativity with. Happy weekend to you and your lovely family xxx

Posted at 00:18h, 10 NovemberKim really is wonderful, isn’t she? She has saved me this year with my illness, and I don’t know what I would have done without her inspiration to keep me going with my photography whilst trapped indoors. I hope I can go to Oasis one of these days. That would be such a fantastic experience!
