A new year, a new set of Day In The Life videos for the January session of the Handmade Film Making course.

Always a joy to join in and document my everyday life in these mini videos. I love the ease of shooting on the phone and the new iPhone 13’s cinematic mode, gives that gorgeous depth of field in many of the shots. I do want to shoot more with my camera this year, as the past two years have seen me focusing on the phone a lot. But it’s so freeing to just use the phone to shoot, edit and share these videos.

Yet again I didn’t manage to complete all seven days, my sweet spot seems to be five videos. But something is better than nothing and these give a real flavour of life in January 2022.

Roll on March, when we do it all again.
