28 Oct THINGS TO REMEMBER
things I want to remember about camp:
bench monday antics
sharing diet cokes & chats with Kim and going to the ice machine together.
the picnic that Myriam gathered for us
printing from my iphone
watching the final slideshow by Kristi & Neil
tracey skipping down the path to say hello for the first time
the silent shoot (photo above)
chris’s hotwheels and flip camera conversation
kristin & meredith and i at midnight, in our beds with our laptops, in silence and doing what we do
beautiful first dinner with candles and magic
the campfire story
the giddy feeling of meeting everyone and saying hello for the first time
going to target
seeing the magic created by lensbaby
the fact i powered through jetlag
excited by the washing line of photos
the sea air and the fog
holding prints in my hand
the pelicans flying in and out of the fog
a sense of belonging
conversations and connecting at mealtimes
the lab and the buzz there
the smiles, hugs, laughter and the click of shutters.
