Weekends lately have been full of activities & work commitments, so it was great to have one totally open for slow mornings at home and to play out & about in London.

We hung out in a few of our favourite places – Broadway Market, Shoreditch and Spitalfields Market – vibrant interesting scenes, full of colour and things to see.

As usual I was collecting footage for my Mini Monday Movie and with the extra sequences I thought a One Minute Memory film would be fun to put together.

It’s an easy film to make – you montage together various moments – no major storytelling needed… make it playful by filling it with as many memories as possible…. Oh and keep it within one minute!

This is the kind of film I encourage you to make during my Creating Time Capsules course, as it doesn’t feel overwhelming – not too much time shooting and editing.
