Usually my portraits of our boys are spur of moment memories… I see the shot and grab the camera, and snap the memory is saved…

or sometimes there is a particular setting and I might ask for them to step into it and indulge me and my lens.

Or just I want to remember the things they like to do.

How ever the photo comes… it tells a story of this time on this day.

So far this summer, I’ve been shooting loads of video for my class… so I have to remind myself to grab a still frame too…

Because still images are just as important to me…
