MALLORCA – MINI DAILY FILMS – JULY 2022

MALLORCA – MINI DAILY FILMS – JULY 2022

My mini Day In The Life videos for the July session of the Handmade Film Making course were a little different from my usual everyday life.

We finally got away as a family. This was a trip we had planned for 2020 when the boys finished their exams. Two years on, we managed to make it happen, and it was well worth the wait.

We stayed in a couple of places in Mallorca and had a dreamiest of times. So grateful for this trip and all these memories.

The Handmade Film Making course will run again in late Sept.

Our first stay was in Sóller. Both the old town and the beach are wonderful. We had dinner at La Romaguera – the food was amazing, so we ended up eating there twice. We stayed in this AirBnb – It was very peaceful with stunning views.

Onto our next destination for more beach action. Stayed in Port de Pollença and visited the coves in Cala Sant Vicenç – what a place!

We hired electric bikes to visit Alcúdia – what a delightful place!. Swam off the pier near the end of the Port, it was so peaceful there.

Back to Cala Sant Vicenç to hang out and jump off the rocks.

Then it was time to leave and go onto Palma. Had lunch at Santina, walked around the museum and the cathedral and had our final dinner at Andana, which was so delicious!

If you feel inspired to start making videos and documenting life right now, using your phone. The Handmade Film Making course will run again in Sept, so come and join in, if you can. (There’s also a self-paced session if you can’t wait till then.)
