The adventures with the Lensbaby continues… I’m making new discoveries with a tip from Karen (thank you) and realising good light and a subject that’s prepared to sit still, makes the practice so much easier.

I took these as I was chatting to Lola about life and school, she was sitting so beautifully, as the light was streaming in. It was a real joy to capture.

I’d be interested to know what tips Karen shared with you because these are stunning, and I’d love to have results like this with mine! It makes me wonder what I could be doing differently. Maybe a different sized aperture ring?

    Lovely work, Xanthe!
